I am not conversant in much and Tech Jason took over and seamlessly loaded my software

Their patience, ease of use, I'm old and don't know the new things out there. New to my cell phone and new to Windows 10 (which has caused me great suffering, LOL). First Charles, then Alex helped me. I finally asked Alex to take over my computer. When I watched how fast he fixed the problem...just wow.

I got an error code when I tried to download windows 10. I clicked on support and Alex took charge of my computer and did the download & install. Thanks to Alex I am set.

Alex, Jason, and Charles have been patiently walking me through for the last 3 days. I was trying to download Windows 10 from Windows 8 or 7.1. It took a whole night to finally upload from the flash drive they had me download Windows 10 onto. They have been amazing. Thank u!

I read the glowing reviews here and thought: this must be a fix. But no, their service really is as good as people say. If you get on their live chat they will talk you through the installation and reply immediately every time you have a question - and I mean immediately (thank you Charles). It’s like having a conversation. Really exceptional service on top of remarkably cheap prices. Amazing.

Charles actually downloaded my Windows update for me. My computer is very slow so it took a LONG time. His patience is greatly appreciated.

Alex was AWESOME! Very Professional and yet I felt I was dealing with a human, not a damned robot! He was very patient with me which was necessary considering my ineptitude! The price of the product was very good also and I am enjoying it much more than what I originally had. Ten stars for Alex!

I was having difficulties installing Windows 10 and contacted MS Support. Jason was the tech who assisted me. He did an outstanding job taking over my computer remotely and solving all of my issues.

I was deciding on whether to upgrade from Windows7 to Windows 10, or buy a new PC. I found your windows 10 software at a reasonable price, and thought I'd give it a try. After 4hours of trying to do the install, I finally allowed your team member to remote into my PC to help with the install. It was a huge help. After another 3 hours the install was complete, and appears to work fine. I could not have done it without your help. It was very time consuming, and frustrating, but it's working, and beats spending >$600 on a new PC. Your team members kept in contact throughout the process. I worked with several agents, Alex, Jason, Charles, and finally Drake. Thanks for your help. I would use your services again.

Drake was very helpful, patient and helped me throughout the whole installation process - I don't think I could have done it without him. It has saved me a lot of money in that I did not need to get any outside assistance. My computer is now in sync with Windows and I am so very pleased. I cannot thank MS Office Store enough! I could never have done this on my own. I am so glad I spent a little more money on this software. Alex was Patient, knowledgeable and very very helpful

I wanted to keep Windows 7 forever, but it was not to be, and I had to make the change. As a senior, I did not want or need Windows 10. Because of a problem with my PC I got error readings trying to download Windows 10. I had to request help through Alex in CHAT, and he brought in Jason, who handled it remotely - above and beyond the call of duty - it took a couple of hours.

I've been using Windows 7 forever but recently decided to upgrade to Windows 10. I am not a computer buff and was very wary about things going wrong. I needn't have worried. Jason at the MSOffice store was very helpful and sent me all the required links. It took about 3 hours to install and he re-assured me during this time that it is normal. Everything working fine. Charles, from the same office, did a follow up email asking whether all was Ok. This was very much appreciated.

Great company are staffed with great people. I was having problems with activating the window. Admittedly remotely could that be another company that sells license that doesn't work. I reached out for support. Low and behold Jason was on it. Must be a tough job assisting computer illiterate. Total time spent could not be under 2 hours. I have almost lost patience myself but seeing his enthusiasm, I cannot quit. End of day, window activated. Thanks again Jason. You have made my day and certainly has for many others no doubt.

I needed to upgrade my computer from Windows 8. Purchased the Windows 10. Couldn't find the email and then after working with Alex discovered that the upgrade went into my download files. Alex had sent a second download in the event I didn't receive it and before I discovered it in the downloads. The upgrade was very easy. In older versions I had to re-load some programs. This upgrade was the easiest one I've ever done.

I purchased MS Visio through MSofficestore - the download was available immediately, and installation was a breeze. Charles also reached out to provide customer support if needed.

I got a special on a license key for Windows 11. It was about 40% the price I would have paid to get to directly from Microsoft. It installed flawlessly, and I was contacted by someone named Charles to offer installation help in case I hadn't done so already.

I bought Windows 10, and of course the purchase itself was easy, but what really impressed me was that I was able to have someone install it for me remotely, which made my life so much easier. Then someone, named Charles, emailed me, a couple of days later, to make sure that I didn’t need any other help. A+ for customer service.
