If you get on their live chat they will talk you through the installation and reply immediately every time you have a question - and I mean immediately (thank you Charles). It’s like having a conversation. Really exceptional service on top of remarkably cheap prices. Amazing.

I found your windows 10 software at a reasonable price, and thought I'd give it a try. After 4hours of trying to do the install, I finally allowed your team member to remote into my PC to help with the install. It was a huge help. After another 3 hours the install was complete, and appears to work fine. I could not have done it without your help. It was very time consuming, and frustrating, but it's working, and beats spending >$600 on a new PC. Your team members kept in contact throughout the process. I worked with several agents, Alex, Jason, Charles, and finally Drake. Thanks for your help. I would use your services again.

United States | 13 December 2022I wanted to keep Windows 7 forever, but it was not to be, and I had to make the change. As a senior, I did not want or need Windows 10. Because of a problem with my PC I got error readings trying to download Windows 10. I had to request help through Alex in CHAT, and he brought in Jason, who handled it remotely - above and beyond the call of duty - it took a couple of hours.

I needn't have worried. Jason at the MSOffice store was very helpful and sent me all the required links. It took about 3 hours to install and he re-assured me during this time that it is normal. Everything working fine. Charles, from the same office, did a follow up email asking whether all was Ok. This was very much appreciated.

Admittedly remotely could that be another company that sells license that doesn't work. I reached out for support. Low and behold Jason was on it. Must be a tough job assisting computer illiterate. Total time spent could not be under 2 hours. I have almost lost patience myself but seeing his enthusiasm, I cannot quit. End of day, window activated. Thanks again Jason. Couldn't find the email and then after working with Alex discovered that the upgrade went into my download files. Alex had sent a second download in the event I didn't receive it and before I discovered it in the downloads. The upgrade was very easy. In older versions I had to re-load some programs. This upgrade was the easiest one I've ever done.
