I was having problems downloading a new operating system for my computer and used the Microsoft chat feature for help. The re4sponse was immediate by a person who listened to my problem and guided me at every step of the solution. Just as important the same person, Charles, contacyed me the next day to check if any problems had arisen and provided a link that I could use if a problem did arise. Another person, Drake, was also involved in my solution. Overall a very professional and satisfactory experience for me.

I bought the Windows 10 Home Retail Version Plus. Both the download and installation processes ran smoothly, with plenty of progress reports. Although I'd done a full backup prior to upgrading, this proved unnecessary because everything clicked into place. I'm still learning about the new features and getting used to the new layout, but it all looks good so far. One final professional touch came with an email from MS support, checking that everything went smoothly. I assured them I have no issues.

My laptop was starting to run slowly - I needed to upgrade from a Windows 8.1 to a 10 and also upgrade my Microsoft office. Charles and Drake were very helpful on customer support recommending what I needed - email responses were extremely quick and I was fortunate to buy within the Christmas sale. I am no computer buff but support was there 24/7 if I needed it but installation and activation went very well - it was like being in a driverless car, nerve wracking but everything during the process was automated with very few prompts and went very smoothly. I needed to upgrade my laptop from Windows 8 to 10. I purchased the upgrade and needed support from MS to ensure my laptop was suitable and then once purchased to confirm the OS was correctly downloaded. Support was given initially by Jason and then by Drake, I have to say MS was extremely efficient and helpful and took small steps to get me through the process as required. the service was excellent, and makes a nice change from many companies I deal with.

Getting MS Office Pro Plus installed as I hoped went well. While the instructions in my purchase email did not correspond with what appeared on the screen after installation, Jason did a great job of guiding me through the appropriate process of activating the software. All went well, and he answered all my questions.

Bought Windows 10 Home via the Black November sale and noted on the invoice it advised it wouldnt work on Windows 11 Enterprise. I checked the ex work laptop if bought and yup it was W10 Enterprise. Looking at the invoice email again before the detailed instructions it said dont worry click here to Chat about upgrading. Jason was very very helpful on chat. Reassuring me the options available. Even checked and advised on screenshots I sent including after the installation on the upgraded digital product key. Thanks to MS Office Store and particularly Jason i know have a fully operational laptop with W10 Pro which was an extra £5 (fiver!) upgrade to W10 Home product key id originally bought. Definitely recommended.

The quick response from Alex, he was professional and new exactly how resolve my issue. He appeared very knowledgeable regarding his position which made the assistance I needed easy and fast to fix.

I purchased Windows 10 online and was having difficulty using the download tool. I used the chat feature to ask for assistance and was quickly sent a helpful link to follow step by step directions. When my computer (skills) were still not cooperating, Alex was able to take control of my computer remotely and get things squared away. I am not very computer literate so I am extremely grateful for the help updating my ancient computer.

I was a bit sceptical about buying a license from a random website. I thought I would get in touch first, I got through to a real person straight away, the purchase was easy. I hit a problem with the install and got in touch with them again. Within minutes I was on my way to a successful install via remote access. I had the choice of saving a few pounds, but the back up support was well worth the cost of a few beers.

My success in achieving an upgrade to MS 10 concluded successfully after some initial issues. Charles stepped in and provided excellent support and resolved all my issues. My interaction with Charles made this a pleasant, hands off experience and is reflective of quality customer support.

I initially purchase Windows 10 to install on my old computer because of activation notice. Computer is too old and missing something therefore it cannot be installed. To at least get my money, I purchased Office Professional 2021 after they gave me credit for the Window, Unfortunately, that did not work too. The computer is too slow and something is missing preventing the installation to be completed. I end up installing on my other computers. Alex, Charles, Jason and Drake provided me support for nearly 3 days from early morning until 10 pm. They are highly skilled IT staff and professional in providing customer service. They are super great and thank you again.
