The purchasing process was quick and easy. The installation process was a bear but a microsoft tech named Charles got everything going for me beautifully and now it's as if I have a brand new computer.

I had a full five star experience with msofficestores. Downloaded and installed windows 10 over windows 7. Got an error and contacted them over chat. Almost immediate was sent a link to correct and proceed. Drake was so helpful. Product is exactly as advertised. Service was great. Will be telling all my friends and coming back for more.

Having purchased a download for upgrading to Windows 10, I had difficulty in installing it on my computer. I contacted Charles of MS Office Store on their chat page and he advised me and then remotely set up most of the installation process for me. He was patient and very helpful. Very impressed with this service.

Shocked at the simplicity and swiftness. I purchased my Windows 11 PRO product key, from the MSOffice store.com for my Un-activated Windows 11 Home edition (recently downloaded from the MS site) and OMG, I'm all done, no muss no fuss. copy paste the product key, MS auto updates a few files to PRO version... I could not be happier! leery at first such a good price, so I checked that Trust Pilot is trustworthy, then asked Charles of MSofficestore many questions all swiftly answered. MS won't like this but my attempt purchase the Windows 11 home license from their site (at way more cost) was met with please enter your state.... problem is my country has provinces! so it didn't work.. and was quite the time waster. I had ordered the downloadable version of Microsoft Windows 10 and had tried to install it twice without success. (I currently have Windows 8.1 and it seems this is a common problem.) I used the link in the email from the MS Office Store to get help and Jason answered my distress call (by chat). He was very reassuring and started guiding me through the process. When I hit another block (not computer savvy enough) he offered to take control for me and finish the installation. It still took a while because my computer is slow but it finally finished! Because the chat was disconnected during installation, he sent an email checking to make sure it had been successful. I am so grateful to Jason for all his help and patience. Now I’m no longer afraid to buy a downloadable product from the MS Office Store because I know there are people there to help me.

First Jason and then after walking away from the frustration of not being able to install W10 on my 2015 8.1 computer, Charles hooked me up by using AnyDesk and connected to my computer and made it do every step of the installation process. Retired and no longer computer savy or confident, Charles came to my rescue. My computer is updated and running like a charm. I am grateful for such support services. For a while I thought I had paid for the required upgrade for nothing in return. Support services really came through. I didn't waste a penny on my software upgrade and paying the additional fee for support services is minimal compared to results received. Thank you Jason and especially Charles.

i purchased the Windows 8.1 to 10 upgrade on line but was unable to get the computer to complete the upgrade. Windows was showing 'not activated' after a clean install. A chat operator called Drake helped me go through the process to get it activated. Even though I'm not new to pc building, it took a little while as some instructions were in a kind of command line form and I didn't read them properly at first. I would recommend reading the prompts slowly and clearly. All good now and I give the service top marks.

Well without Drake it would have been a tricky outcome but he patiently steered me through the process despite my lack of IT know how. All sorted and working well. Big thanks and would highly recommend.

I Had a lot of problems installing Office 2021. Charles was very patient with my inept aptitude. I followed the procedures outlined in my purchase. But my laptop system was really screwed up. Charles took over remotely and accessed all the necessary sites and procedures to finally install Office correctly. It took him a while to debug my old screwed up laptop but he did a great job.
