Initial activation key would not authenticate. Used the website contact form and quickly received an email to a help desk. Help desk remotely assessed the situation and used a replacement key to authenticate. Excellent support.

I had some challenges with my installation of Windows 10 Pro. Charles and ultimately Nino stuck with me, walked me through it, remote accessed me through the stickiest parts and Nino was ultimately able to resolve it.
