I updated my computer to WIN10 and also updated my MS Office to Office 2019. My computer wasn't running well, too little memory. My service representative, Ninno, assisted me in analyzing the problem. I purchased memory; computer ran great. Nino assisted me in activating the Office program. He was helpful, and patient. I really appreciate the level of service.

5 stars for Charles and the Support team, but zero for the buying experience. It took 7 downloads over 2½ days and over 13 hours of on-line chat support to access the product; and even now my Microsoft Account is inaccessible. Without the persistence of Charles, I would be writing a 1 start review. How hard can it be to sell a software programme?

The price is so much better than using Microsoft directly. Did have a bit of a blip when the product produced error code and Microsoft informed me it was pirated copy. Then MS Office provided me with a new product key over the live chat within 5 minutes and it worked straight away.

I bought Microsoft Windows 10 Home for an old laptop and very impressed with the price as it was on offer and quality of service, I would definitely recommend this company for other people who want a quality version of Windows 10 Home. Even £130 for Windows 10 Home is a good price in my opinion but I managed to buy it on offer for £40 which is really good.
