I am useless with computers and needed help to upgrade to windows 10 pro and office. The tech support from Microsoft was excellent each member of the team who assisted me was patient and extremely helpful and I would highly recommend them all. The two members that helped me most were Charles and Cyrus and I would give them 10 out of 5 stars they were so helpful and patient with my absolute uselessness at computer.

Charles was very very patient and very very helpful. I was very impressed with his service. I did not have to worry about anything, he just took control. He also explained everything I needed to do very clearly! I am so glad i chose to go for the support package....I don't know what I would have done without the help of Charles!!! so thank you once again, I am a very happy customer :-)

Very happy, cost me £60 for something my company IT were quoting over £300 to do! I couldn't get the last part to work correctly (of the install) but used the online chat and immediately got help at 21:45 from the online support guys and worked straight away. Would recommended and would happily use again!

I purchased Windows 10 -it completely messed up my PC. I requested a refund and was told my PC was too old!!!! But Windows 10 did install - which means my machine is adequate. I need an urgent refund. I cannot believe that an upgrade has slowed down my PC. very disappointed with MS response.

Could't upgrade until provided with a different key

Windows 10 Professional I was sceptical about purchasing windows from anyone other than Microsoft directly but the offer was to good to refuse and therefore I took the risk. I am very pleased to say that I have successfully installed and activated the software using the licence key provided with no issues whatsoever. Thanks.

Bought Windows 10 online for £50 Had some questions about how this would be delivered and was a bit sceptical about how it would work re the key and the software. Had it explained really well using the chat box, got the email with the key and instructions how to create a USB drive image (8GB USB stick) downloaded and used it with the key. Worked fine.
