I am waiting for my order from Dec. 2020. I'm about to take a ride to knock on their front door and I don't want the money I want my silver!!!!! And that just one of two of my orders that's been a no show!!!!!

Don't order from these people it's been 6 weeks, and I don't have my order......No customer service, mail box is full, no personnel to speak too. They play games, cash the check immediately, and don't care, again, it's been 6 weeks, and I emailed them no response......Order somewhere else like SD Buillon, JM Buillon, or Apmes.....Scottsdale are scammers!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE, AS I CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO ASK WHERE MY SILVER WAS THAT I PLACED ON JAN 31. BE ADVISED, THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE.

Radio silence. Order placed on Jan 31st 2021, paid via credit card. No word yet. Order in "Processing" status as of March 29th, 2021. Now, I really appreciate APMEX's speed (they typically ship it within 1-2 days).

Placed an order on February 5th. Their website stated ACH clears in 10 days (a bit excessive), although it was almost immediate from my bank. On the 18th of Feb, received email my payment cleared. It is now the 24th of March and still nothing. Status on website says "Processing". Rip Off alert!

I love their bars and order every month but have gotten progressively slower and now playing games answering emails with concerning reasons, I’m a landlord so I know the games people play when they are broke. My last order was 21 days ago and still shows payment pending however my ach debit cleared my bank the following day. I received an old order today which took just over 6 weeks from payment. With another mint defaulting on orders I’m definitely concerned...

I ordered two USA gold coins at the end of January 2021. My payment cleared on February 1st. I was sent an email acknowledging my order that day. The site said that the items were "available to order" and a banner at the top of the site said there were 10 day delays. 3 weeks later I reached out to Scottsdale using their contact form for an update and they said due to demand most orders were shipping in 3-5 weeks after payment clears. I was not super happy about that but figured no big deal I can wait 5 weeks. Today is March 17th and my order still has not shipped. I emailed Scottsdale last week with no response. On their site the banner that previously said 10 days behind now says 4-6 weeks. They keep extending the delays. At this point Im going to wait a few more days for Scottsdale to respond and then if their response is not reasonable I plan on reaching out to Visa to initiate a chargeback for the full amount because when I ordered the ETA was not more than 6 weeks. The service and speed from Scottsdale is disapointing. In the meantime I purchased similar items through another online metals dealer and my order from a competitor has already arrived in perfect condition. The folks at Scottsdale are way over their heads if they cannot ship 2 USA made coins in over 6 weeks time. I was really hoping for better service and communication. I have my order confirmation and copies of my sent emails to Scottsdale in addition to records showing another complany shipped much faster if Trustpilot needs any proof that this review is genuine. I have verified the domain so Im 100% positive Im reviewing the correct company. I did go to Scottsdale's facebook page and gab page and many reviews were similar to mine. Its interesting to see some folks post that they recieved their goods in 2-3 weeks here when tons of folks have not. I guess they are lucky or something... Anyway, I'm sure the folks at Scottsdale are good people and their products are great but if you want to recieve products in under 6 weeks I would buy elsewhere.

The service at Scottsdale has deteriorated considerably. We all know there is a "shortage" however, I placed an order on "in-stock"items over a month ago and still have not received them. I placed a few more orders with other bullion dealers the same day or even 2-3 days later and I have received all those items within the past 2 weeks. I will be hard pressed to do any more business with Scottsdale especially at the current premiums which btw Scottsdale is higher than most.

The wait times are long yes, especially with the rush on silver but the products (I got 10 oz stackers) are so beyond beautiful. The reviews are due to impatience and having zero empathy for a private mint getting overrun with hundreds of percent increase in sales the last few months. They could work on expanding customer service for the time, yeah, but Just breath people the product is worth it.

It took 12 days for the USPS to move my kilo silver stackers from Arizona to Indiana. Fortunately the packaging was more than adequate to survive it’s extended stay with the Postal Service. And the stackers are beautiful. Scottsdale Mint will remain might go to source for silver.

Due to volume fulfillment was slow but the product is stunning. Will buy from again and again.

I ordered a 10 oz silver stacker bar off the Scottsdale Mint's eBay store earlier this month. Even in the midst of silver mania, and road closures from weather in my state, it still came in quick and is one of my favorite bars now. A great company with great products that has earned my business!

Scottsdale Mint is hands down the finest bullion i own in my stack. Their customer service is bar none. Anyone complaining about times doesn't understand the industry. If thousands of people order silver it has to be minted. You can lock in the price and i guarantee you will get your product.

Scottsdale Mint is AMAZING. I know there are most likely a lot of reviews bashing them due to the wait time but come on y’all! With everyone out there buying silver now, you have to expect a wait. I ordered from SM along with 2 other huge companies and SM came after one order but also before another. I then put in 3 more orders and no matter the fact that I haven’t received them yet, I locked in my pricing and they will arrive as soon as they can. Please stop panicking people. These are honest folks, hit with the rush just like other companies. I will continue to order from them even if wait times become longer simply because they are honest and they follow through and they’re quality is AMAZING! Love my silver lion stackers!! I had placed an order at the end of December, my card was charged immediately and the waiting game begun. A month later I called to inquire about why my shipment was still processing... the girl (non binary) on the phone said it would be out at the end of the week... another month after this conversation four unanswered phone calls and an unreplied e-mail later my order status was still processing. If you want to have your metal in a timely manor and reliable customer service take your business somewhere else.

I placed an order on Jan 8, 2021. In early Feb, I sent an email asking about the status. They replied on Feb 8 (Monday) saying they think it should be shipped that week. It is now Feb 20. They have not returned any email or phone calls. While their prices are usually lower, I dont think it is worth the pressure of wondering when you are going to receive your shipment

No staff. No customer service. They'll take your money and fill your order when it's convenient for them. They tell you to leave a message but their mailbox is full. When I told them I can't even leave a message their response is oh well its just 1 person here so they don't care. Order from ANYONE else

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. I reached out to customer service on the night I purchased online via their Contact Form. It is now 2 weeks later and I just FINALLY got someone on the phone. All to tell me that they will NOT put my (2nd) $80 purchase in with my (1st) $600 purchase and refund me $6.50 in shipping. A precious metal company in Scottsdale, AZ won't refund me 6 dollars and 50 cents on my 700 dollar purchase. SMH. Will never purchase from them again.

Payment says pending for no know reason. When I call the number listed on their web site it rings and rings with finally a voice mail. The voice mail does not say Scotts Dale Mint but an individual's name!!!!!
