United States | 12 June 2020My experience is much like the other low ratings. I ordered silver from the Scottsdale mint 8 weeks ago. I've heard nothing from them other than an order confirmation. Too bad, I was looking forward to having the silver stackers. I get the fact that there is higher demand and COVID-19 is a disruption, but the Scottsdale Mint has done nothing to give me confidence they will ever fulfill my order. I do not agree that they are frauds like some of the other reviews, I think they are not prepared to handle the volume and have zero capacity to scale their business. They should not take new orders if they are incapable of fulfilling current orders. I do not recommend this company.

United States | 30 May 2020Update: Just hours after posting this review and emailing them at sales@ scottsdalesilver.com I’ve received a response email saying my order is on its way. Up until Now it’s just been posted as processing. So Maybe the package is coming!! Will update when the package arrives. Seems like everyone is having the same issue! I ordered in April and am still waiting. No communication. When I call, nobody answers and Can’t leave a voicemail because their inbox is full. Worried we may have been scammed.

United States | 29 May 2020Big Scam!! It's been over 3 months and still have not received my gold coins. I've left a message every day (several times a day) for the last 6 weeks. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the attorney general, since I paid with a check, I can't cancel the order with my credit card company. There is one guy that answers the line for all 3 departments, ERIC HEISMANN. Really? One guy works ALL 3 DEPARTMENTS??!! I AM FREAKING OUT. I THINK THEY JUST STOLE SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM ME

United States | 10 May 2020Placed order for a couple stackers on March 19. SM acknowledged they received my check March 26. Received product May 8th about a week after SM notified it shipped USPS. Prices seem competitive since they are a mint. Inventory is low everywhere so happy to be able to buy physical without the high premiums many are charging. All the Best!

United States | 22 April 2020Ordered and paid for 500 oz silver (by wire) more than 4 weeks ago. Their brand, not even Eagles or Maples. Website claimed the item was in stock and would be delivered in 5-10 days. I emailed when there was no tracking number after 2 weeks. No reply. Then called a week after that. I was told they'd get my order to me around the 20th of April. Then they followed up with an email of excuses. I emailed again this morning (April 21) as I still don't have a tracking number. I even live IN SCOTTSDALE (but they don't allow pickup). Received an email reply about how no US or Canadian mints are even making coins right now, they provide metals for international banks, blah blah blah...you know what? I don't care about what other mints are doing. I ordered FROM YOU and I didn't order coins. The company I DID order coins from got my Maples to me THREE WEEKS AGO. Excuses are a garbage way of doing business. Don't advertise you'll get product into the hands of the buyer and then fail to do so. Don't tell your customer that their metal is safe in your vault - I want it IN MY HANDS, that's why I ordered a physical product to begin with. Buyer beware. I still don't know when I'll get the product I paid for over 4 weeks ago!! UPDATE: I just saw that on eBay they are selling exactly what I ordered for 5 dollars more per ounce, guaranteed 2 day delivery! They have the product, it is NOT in shortage as they claimed, they just are delaying my shipment until they can make as much as possible off the eBay market! DO NOT BUY FROM SCOTTSDALE MINT they are crooked!

United States | 19 April 2020I bought a mix of Silver stacker bars and a few coins too. They are still in operation during this coronavirus mess, and the order said it would take a few weeks. It did finally arrive and well worth the wait. The best silver I have ever owned.

United States | 07 April 2020Second time with them - first time in 2012 was seamless. This time, I ordered 2 coins and got one purchase confirmation, but two charges on my card. Luckily, my card company's fraud detection declined the second charge. Then the original order never shipped. Two attempts at contacting them via their customer service form - no reply, not even an automated one. Tweeted their account - no reply. It's been 14 days since my original order, with no communication at all.

Ireland | 03 April 2016I dealt with this company many times and every time the service and communication was outstanding, I only ever had one issue with a delayed ordered and the my questions were answered immediately and satisfactorily. Highly recommended.
