Ordered silver that they minted. Back in April at height of silver squeeze. Product was excellent and tested as .999 pure with XRF gun. Had to wait. Really didnt worry about it since it was height of silver squeeze and the market conditions were what they were and were obvious. Plus they said it would take up to 8weeks. It took 9. Oh well. You cant predict the future and they tried as best the could and were up front. I also like them because of their ownership and management’s similar values to my own.

Great customer service. Shipping takes a little while but that's to be expected. One thing I would request is for philanthropic endeavors to be put forth to America, not just Africa. The US has a lot of issues and I would venture to guess most of the silver is being bought by Americans, so putting the money back into the US and helping say Vets or animal shelters or child sex trafficking or trafficking in general, would go a long way to show your support of your customer base.

I have ordered from them a few different times, this last time I ordered 10 oz of “random silver”. I was expecting second hand scratched up pieces, what I got was a brand new 10 oz Scottsdale silver stacker bar. And they have always shipped fast and packaged well.

scam... tehy took my money then i was informed it could be like 4 or 5 months to get what i just paid for. so i tried to get in touch but no answer on the phone and no response in email. it's been over 2 months now and gotten no updates or anything. they took thousands of dollars from me. do not do business w these people, this address does not even exist. scammers

I ordered the alpha omega silver with black rhodium, it States only a 1000 were minted. Too my surprise I received 9** and guess what after being sold out it was available again. The things that make you go 🤷🤷🤷🤷

After checking Scottsdale’s reviews on Gab and EBay earlier this year, I jumped in to the silver market with both feet. It was a little scary, making purchases of that size when I had no personal experience with the company, and knowing up front the wait was going to be significant. After three completed purchases, I can say I trust them completely. I will be buying from them again.

My experience with Scottsdale Mint is with Ebay. I have never ordered off the Scottsdale Mint website. Both Ebay orders were fulfilled and sent within a few days. I didn't give them 5 stars because after I placed the second order I wanted to change to another gold item that was the same price. It took them 5 days to respond to my request and the answer was a firm NO. Just keep in mind after you click that purchase button, it is binding. There are no changes. If you want things to arrive quick order off their Ebay page.

Take the advice of some here and exercise judgement when reading these reviews; especially the negative ones. I have been dealing with Scottsdale Mint for about a decade (I am an international buyer) and have spent hundreds of thousands with them (in fact I have three pending orders totaling about $20K) and without fail Scottsdale have provided exemplary service; 100% delivery good!! Many of these reviews appear to simply be a case of a lack of patience and understanding (something sadly lacking in the world today ) and potentially show a lack of understanding of the prevailing conditions in the bullion market. So they batch mint; so what? how do you think they can undercut nearly every other supplier? Check out how much similar items cost. I deal weekly with about 10 mints and Scottsdale is the best. So as Macklemore says 'sit the hell down' and chillax!! Good things come to those who wait. Update 21 May - to prove my point. Just received notification that all of my current orders (including one made just the other day have been dispatched). Feel free to doubt my review if you want but take it from me when you deal with Scottsdale you are dealing with the best!!

This is a legitimate business. I got ripped off by Northwest Territorial mint a few years ago. They were a ponzi. I have been buying from Scottsdale since they opened and they have always delivered an exceptional product. Do not have any worry when buying from Scottsdale. I just received my order of 1 oz hand cast ingots. They are beautiful and I do plan to place an order of 50k $ all for the 1 oz ingots. That’s how much I trust this mint and like the products

Please ignore the bad reviews people have written. I myself almost fell for the bad reviews. But thankfully I trusted my instincts and have been placing many many orders for both gold and silver. Yes they are extremely busy and it does take 4 to 8 weeks as the website mentions. But if you want amazing quality bullion with great pricing compare to other major online dealers. Then Scottsdale mint is the place. Their cayman marlins gold and silver coins are just gorgeous to look at and hold. Also received their Congo silverback gorilla coins. Which they’re running special pricing. They’re so beautiful and even cheaper than the generic one ounce rounds other dealers sell on their sites.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This company is obviously a scam outfit DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY! I purchased a good amount of silver and went to pay for the transaction, after deciding I didn’t want to pay the high credit card fees, I decided to do an e-check (which was supposedly an option) after committing to pay, I get to the payment screen, and the only option is to pay by wire transfer, also you have to put a 5% payment on credit card, which is another expense, because they charge a 3% fee for that, god forbid they eat any expenses for owning a business. I then proceed to bank to do the wire transfer, and this is where the scam begins. The bank had a problem with the phone number to Scottsdale, and needed to contact them before they could do the wire, I called and left messages twice, and the bank did twice as well, they never answered the phone, nor have they returned my calls. You have 48 hours to complete the transaction, or your deposit is lost. They blatantly ignored my calls so the 48 hours would be exceeded, my hands were tied because the bank wouldn’t send the wire, which was actually a blessing. I’ve since cancelled my debit card, and put a stop payment on the transaction, and also will be filing a dispute. They also wasted 3 hours of my busy day, along with an embarrassing situation at my bank. Save yourself the headache that I dealt with, and go with a local dealer, or someone extremely reliable and trustworthy, this place is definitely VERY SHADY. Sorry for the long explanation, but I think it’s worth hearing all my troubles with this place

I have dealt with them 3 times. Mostly recently. No problems either time. Albeit, I’m ordering through their Ebay store. I’ve ordered about 15 pounds of silver through them in 20oz bars and I get it within a week, every time. Order through eBay people.
