Not a normal size 10 oz bar only 1/3 larger than a 1 oz.added sales tax after completing sale.one star is all i could do really want minus 5 stars.you have to click on 20 dollar cancel fee to complete sale.Will never do business with scottsdale mint ever again.

I’ve ordered from Scottsdale a number of times, over the years it has been standard and expected for my ordered to arrive about 6 weeks after ordering but it seems they have really turned things around. I ordered at 10am and had a shipping confirmation by noon, I was almost in shock. The absolute worst packaging and shipping of fractional gold I ever experienced. Product arrived loose, marked and physically bent because of packaging. You take the time to produce 1/100th oz. pieces of gold and than ship them like scrap metal terrible terrible terrible

The demand will dictate the speed that they are delivered but they are always delivered. Prices for orders over $500 are great and their proprietary bars are the best looking on the market

I received my shipment today. I have been waiting over a year to hold my stackers and rounds in my hand. I was living overseas when I made the purchase. I am so grateful that Scottsdale Mint was able to vault my metals for me until I was able to have them shipped. As soon I returned stateside I contacted them with my new address and they replied in a short amount of time. My silver and gold arrived in less than a week from the shipping date. It was so much fun stacking the bars and rounds on my table. I must say the quality of the products was so much better than I expected. Their deliveries may take more time but they are reliable, discreetly package, and have an A plus product.

In terms of Waiting, other reviews are correct. They take alot longer to ship and expect 2 weeks extra on what they say the time is. I have currently received 3/4 orders, all about a week to 2 weeks delayed. BUT... this silver is dope, the prints are gorgeous and I was always able to get a response from customer service within 1 day. Im in between 4 and 5 stars because i do wish the time was accurate on shipping, but overall a pleasant experience. And we all know you are interested in them because their prices are well below any other site. I have already been able to sell any minted coin the same as an American round at my local dealers with no issue, but im planning on keeping most of their prints in my collection because they just look so damn cool. Check out their tube of 20 deals that you find often, you cannot beat that pricing.

Ordered some silver Congo 2020 coins, got $5 off of total. 4-5 weeks later I received them. Very trustworthy and I also tested everything. Will for sure be buying from them again very soon. You can trust these sellers, don’t listen to the people who get made they don’t get their coins in a few days. Just be patient

Scottsdale mint was advertising a special on silver rounds. I ordered the promotional silver rounds,on 9/27/22. The website stated 1 to 4 weeks for delivery in the U.S. on 11/12/22 I received my order. Leading up to the sixth week without my merchandise, I contacted the mint for information regarding my order and their response was thank you for your patience we are filling a lot of orders at this time.the mint estimated a delivery time of up to 6-8 wks now. My response was this is unacceptable to start at a 1-4 wk period and adjust the delivery date once I had ordered. this was a promoted item.why couldn't the mint had anticipated a demand if you put an item on sale? I think more forethought could have gone into this sale.One star for getting the order correct and discreet packaging.

The coins themselves were very beautiful but it took almost 5 weeks to get my order. Originally when I placed my order I was told 2-4 weeks. Then it went to 4-8 weeks after I sent an email of concern asking about the status of my order at the 3 1/2 week point. I was never sent any kind of update of a delay or problem with my order until I sent them an email. I was at a point where I was going to try and cancel my order and ask for my money back. Luckily they finally told me my order was being shipped.
