I dropped off a mixer to be repaired at the warehouse in Liverpool and people were really polite when I spoke to them. I was kept informed by several people and a neat little log system that lets you know how the jobs going. I didn't wait any longer than what they initially told me and I'm really happy with the job, I even emailed them to tell how happy I was because I'm that much of a saddo! Very happy. It was cheaper than I thought too!
