I've never used Studiocare before so was a little nervous. Purchased Cubase from them online - got a great deal, the service was excellent, couriered to the door a few days later. Friendly service over the phone. Would happily use again!

In my experience I've always found Studiocare to be a very good company with extremely competitive prices but on this occasion i was a little disappointed with the four days it took from the initial order to the point of dispatch for delivery. Not such a big deal though and still in my opinion a good, reliable company to deal with.

Simply unrivalled customer service. Now before I begin describing my experience I want to remind you to refer to my previous first sentence!! So, I made an online purchase and received my delivery exactly when expected. Here comes the negative, the items I had purchased arrived in branded boxes advertising the correct items, however, the correct items were not enclosed within. I immediately contacted Studiocare and they genuinely sounded both surprised and disappointed that I had not received the correct items. After several positive reassuring phone calls the situation was rectified. You may wonder how I can be so positive in a review about what on the face of it looks like a negative experience, well, how individuals are treated and how the customer is received is highly important to me. There was no being passed from one to the other, there was no mis-communication, the situation was just dealt with in the most friendly professional manner. I would highly recommend Studiocare for their "care" and would have no hesitation purchasing from them again or highly recommending them!! As for not receiving the correct items, that's just life.
