Terrible service, emails ignored, long delay on gear arriving to store then it didn’t arrive! Then passed to currier who says it was delivered but left without signature and never received! I gave up! Please do not buy from these people! You will get messed about, ignored, never receive your product or in my case all 3! Very very bad!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed. Yesterday on the 4th April I ordered an item online that said ‘in stock’ and confirmed with the Merchant that day on there website it was ‘in stock’ I took the finance agreement out with them due to the price of the item which meant I was hard credit searched. I then call them the following day after placing the order to confirm all is good and they told me sorry the item is ‘out of stock’ This means I have been hard credit searched by the finance company of which now I have no item and also massively impacted my credit score for absolutely no reason. Sadly the person on the end of the phone at studio care said there’s nothing he can do to help and offered no solutions or help. Shocking service & would not recommend. Would give less than one star if I could.
