It was with regret that I gave a low score for the experience I had with Studiocare due to an administrative error on their part. With regards the single speaker, which I saw on the website, but you insisted that you do not sell. It is clearly advertised on your website as 'Avantone MixCubes Active Reference Monitor Single - Black £210.00 ex. vat SKU SAVOMIXCUBEABLS Moreover, I declined your offer of cost plus VAT as you stated that the items were out of stock. I could have insisted that you honour the contract but thought it unfair that you would have to especially buy in an item which you would make a loss on. However, if they were in stock you would be bound at the cheaper price, as you clearly did with the other 2 customers who bought them notwithstanding your terms and conditions. Original Review (edited): Ordered and paid for an item which they later said was out of stock. They made a goodwill gesture of cost plus VAT but I would have to pay £150 extra if they ordered it in as they said they made a pricing error. Therefore cancelled order. Item then made available online at the higher price of £486 and stated 'Usually Ships within 48 hours'. It did not say out of stock. The price is £50 higher for the Cream pair than the black pair which is listed at £436.80.

Reply from Studiocare A day ago Hello Dale, It is the international buyers responsibility to fully understand their countries import policies. The 320 you are mentioning is the Canadian customs office charging taxes. Sorry to hear that your cranborne arrived with some manufacturing defects. As per our terms and conditions it is international buyers responsibility to send items back for any warranty claims. Once the item is returned, it can either be replaced or a refund issued. We look forward to hearing from you to get this issue resolved. SO I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER 300.00 ON THAT PRICE TO HAVE IT REPAIRED.... With my latest order I new there would be a slight delay before the item arrived from the manufacturer. I was kept completely up-to-date on progress all the way through and the order arrived ahead of expected time, really well packaged.
