I purchased a number of Neve LB units from Studiocare. Lee was terrific in helping me choose the right product. The order was processed and shipped quickly and arrive ed in the states within a few days!

'B' Stock product was as described, but the only difficulty had to do with incomplete shipment documents needed for dealing with US Customs. I was expecting Studiocare to have more experience in this matter and a smoother process so that the arrival of my purchase was not held over in Customs and significantly delayed. However, I would do business with Studiocare again.

Great speedy service

Good communication, couple of hiccups but they dealt with it very well. I particularly liked that they were honest about only having an open box version of my product available, some places would just send it and not say anything. Studiocare gave me the option of waiting a bit longer and ordering an unopened one, which I did and they turned it around inside a few days, this was over Xmas and NY as well so great service, very pleased and would recommend highly.
