Very pleasant experience purchasing from Studiocare

I bought from them previously but was let down. The item was listed as available but when I actually ordered it I had to wait 2 weeks for them to get it from the manufacturer. This time they went over and above my expectations. And I’m a demanding customer! It took me a week to decide what I wanted (needed?) to buy and had to chat with them (and other competitors to be honest) before placing my order. Their response time wasn’t super fast (other competitors were faster), but still acceptable and I got all my questions answered in a timely way (that’s the most important thing), especially they confirmed all the items I wanted were in stock and available to be shipped the same day. Other things ran into my life and I only managed to place my order few hours later, from where I left that morning. Unfortunately I didn’t realize, before confirming the order, I made a mistake, so I called to fix it. My call was answered by the same person I was chatting in the morning and they remembered our chat, they told me they were looking for my order and were already preparing it. Awesome. They sorted my mistake very quickly and immediately refunded the difference. Now I just had to sit and (impatiently) wait 3 days to get my order. To my big surprise I got all my stuff the following day, around 8 am. I can’t tell you how excited I was to get “my treasure” that quickly. They didn’t make my day: they made my week! I could have ordered the same items anywhere, paying the same price. But what made the difference was the care they took for me and my order. They’re now at the top of my list of preferred shops for anything related to my show.
