I went to the Mozart house concert. The music was good - but it was not in Mozart's house! The entire purpose of the concert was the ornate decorations and history of the venue. Instead, we were in an abhorrently decorated modern room where they didn't even bother to unwrinkle the carpet the musicians were playing on. I have no recollection of them telling me it wasn't in the normal venue before purchasing - if they did, they must have sneaked it in somewhere where the customer doesn't see it. Awful rip-off, praying on tourists. It was hard to even enjoy the musicians when I was so disappointed I had fallen for their ploy like a shmuck - and then they have the audacity to charge for water in their swelteringly hot modern building that despite it's being at least fifty times younger than the actual building, does not have air conditioning. Better to call ahead and double-check everything before dealing with this vendor.

The online experience was very easy. The service at the concert was amazing! We were treated in a very sincere and special way. It was a magical night from beginning to end! The only somewhat negative, was that the venue was difficult to find. More information about how to find the unique location would be helpful.

These musicians were tremendously talented! Not only was the performance superb but they drew the audience in with their love of the music and the joy in playing their instrument.

Concert was exactly as described, correct time, correct date, correct place. Ordered tickets, printed out the receipt that was e-mailed to me a few minutes later, took it with me to Europe, showed it to the ticket counter at the concert hall in Salzburg and was assigned a seat immediately.

We had an amazing time at the Mozart Concert! We were in the second row and could see all three musicians. The acoustics were just unbelievable in the room and I would do this again and again if I could. This concert was worth every penny (euro)!

We attended two concerts in Salzburg and then Vienna. Booking was very easy on line from the UK and so far as the Salzburg concert was concerned everything ran smoothly but in Vienna there was a lot of walking to obtain the tickets, then to the meal and then back to the concert. This was not clear from the booking and some people would have found it too much effort.
