This is a con. I paid and turned up for the concert but it wasn’t there. It’s a scam. I tried calling them: no answer. I emailed them: no reply. My booking reference was 25061900107 which was confirmed. Don’t deal with these people.

I go to Vienna once or twice a year specifically for several nights of opera. I arrange the schedule of my musical programmes with great care, and I need everything to function perfectly so that I will have no difficulties when I show up at the opera house. I have been relying on Viennaconcerts.com to make my arrangements for some years. Three words sum up my experiences with them: impeccable reliability, super communication and tremendous efficiency. Our family group of 6 all very much enjoyed the concert. Some of us are musicians and lovers of classical music; others went along for the ride. But in the end all 6 rated this concert as one of the highlights of our days in Vienna. The intimate setting allows the personalities of the performers to show through so that one felt almost like a part of the ensemble rather than an observer. The performance was generally high quality. The only disappointment was that the performance was scheduled to be in the main theater but had to be moved to a rather plain room due to some infrastructure issue.

A magical evening at the concert! A beautiful warm spring evening, a short walk past the Stefansdom to St. Anna Kirche where the audience was treated to works by Mozart and Haydn performed by the Æon Quartet. I wasn’t able to go to the Opera House but the more intimate venue of St. Anna’s was, in my opinion, preferable to the grandeur of the Opera. I walked back with my mind full of wonderful music and the colours of the old church as the lights came on. What an experience! Thank you so much.

We purchased dinner concert package at the Kursalon. I emailed asking if we needed to exchange e-tickets prior to attending. You relied no your e-ticket is your entry. NOT SO. We arrived at johann restaurant and were sent off to exchange before entering We arrived early so dining room was empty but we were ushered to a very small area that had about 8 tables, sectioned off with a room divider, so there was no view or ambience of the grand dining room. Sitting outdoors would have been nicer The food was very average. They served dishwater not beef boullion, potatoes cooked to gray and julienne carrot mush. Salmon over cooked to do dry needed to wash down. This should not be advertised as a lovely, romantic meal The music was lovely
