A wonderful, enjoyable evening. Seats were a bit too close together, and it was a bit warm inside the venue but the show itself was fantastic.

Great facility to book concerts. Great-timely follow up with time changes and prompt documentation. However process contained confusing address information for a first time visitor to Vienna.

We came especially for this concert and we where very disappointed to find that the main room which Mozart used to play and work is still renovating, and it was very hot. We where in Vienna on Jon and on your email site it was written that you will be don by Match. And it wasn't like that. So it was disappointing.

Gorgeous venue in St. Anne’s Cathedral. The music was wonderful and the concert was the perfect length of time.

We had a great night at The Golden Hall.

The performance was fun and good, and my parents enjoyed the performance even though it was their first experience. But, I was sorry that no free performance listing for that day was provided.

Thoroughly enjoyable concert. However, I felt disappointed that the concert was NOT held in the main Golden Hall as shown on all the advertising pictures. A visitor to Vienna will not know that the Brahms Hall is a smaller concert hall.

The concert in Vienna's Musikverein that we attended in June was tremendous fun, as well as full of beautiful music. Buying the tickets online through Viennaconcerts.com couldn't have been smoother or more easy.

The entire experience turned out a huge disappointment to my wife and me. We paid $260 booking through your internet site in great expectations, anxious to both see the beautiful concert hall and hear the wonderful music. Then the disaster struck, I made the mistake thinking June 10 was on Tuesday when in fact it was on Monday. We showed up on Tuesday only to be made aware of our mistake and this is where the concert hall’s true colors shined through - they demonstrated absolutely no sympathy for our disappointment, were totally indifferent bordering on rude. We were told that a concert was in progress and if we wanted to see the performance we would have to wait for the intermission and also pay another $250 for the tickets. When I explained our situation, they did not care and stated “that’s all we can do”. That was our last night in Vienna and on our vacation - not a good way to end a otherwise wonderful 2 week of vacation.
