Incredible Experience. This service allowed me to have Pearl's (the cat) emergency medical procedure done immediately and pay for it over the last year. The customer service has been awesome, the people have been friendly and I am so pleased with the results (and so is Pearl!)

After my cat broke his leg, I had no funds at the time to cover the almost $2000 procedure. I was approved for a payment plan through scratch late that evening while at the hospital. Although no one likes having to pay off a loan, Scratch did make it easy and convenient to make payments and gave me plenty of notices on late payments so I did not forget.

I really appreciate this payment plan although we technically paid 2000$ for a pet that is no longer here with us wish they helped us get ride of the bill but that’s not how this works I’m just glad we got the payments over with. But other than that it’s helpful for anyone that has their pet still alive and needs this type of help!

Just the ease of getting approved in an emergency situation for our fur baby. We eventually lost our fur baby Cookie but we did not have the added stress with it worrying about paying the bill upfront. We paid the bill off without paying interest as well. Thank you for your help in a dire time. This is the 2nd time we used your services. I would recommend it to anyone.

Horrific predatory financing. I have never felt like I made any progress in paying this down, every time I'd look there was more interest added even though it was a fixed rate loan! what on gods earth. I will never use this service again. Finally paid it off all in one lump sum after it jumped yet another $60. Unbelievable.

Late fees added when payments were made on schedule.

Scratch pay was a aid in helping me save my dogs life. Minium monthly payment. You can pay over and pay out earlier as well. Great flex ability. Thank you Scratch pay.

Over all I'm glad to have had this as a tool to reduce the shock of paying for my dog's surgery, but after looking at the app and arranging payment I discovered that the way they set up auto pay (and don't let you make changes) is quite predatory. Be sure to set reminders to pay your installments manually. Any extra you put towards it won't reduce later payments, just push back the next. Its designed in a way to make you forget to pay so they can hit you with all the interest at the end.

This has been a lifesaver for my pets.

So easy to enroll in Scratchpay, payment plans were very simple and if paid off in six month or less, no interest. Will use again if and when needed.

I had to take my pet to the emergency clinic and Scratchpay was easy to sign up for and they even had the option to request for more funds which helped me not have to compromise between money and what my pet needed to help him survive. It was easy to sign up for and I am so thankful that this service was available to me. ♥
