Though we wish we hadn’t needed Scratchpay, it definitely gave us some comfort to have it, and it was nice that it was so quick, seamless and easy to get it done. Thank you.

We went here because my dog got attacked by a dog and her neck was hanging around so, we took her to the hospital and they said we had to pay first even though she was bleeding a lot and it was also over 4,000 dollars and we had to figure out how to pay because they didn’t take monthly payments unless you are approved and only gave her pain medication which didn’t stop the bleeding. Then when the lady came in I asked so many times if my dog was going to be okay and she always said “yes a hundred percent” (they said my dog was bitten on the muscle and said not the nerve though and her fat actually saved her) then when we got home they called us saying the anesthesia wasn’t working because she was bit on the nerve so, they gave us the option to either sleep her forever or to keep going with the surgery and we said keep going then a few moments later we got the sad and most tragic news that our dog passed. When we went to pick her up I asked a lot of questions because they told me she was going to survive. When I saw my dog I cried and I’m still crying typing this then I asked if we can cremate her and how much it and she showed no sympathy while I was crying asking her how much it would be and then she said well “you don’t have to keep the ashes and you’ll get money” basically showing no remorse or respect for me. Then I went back and asked if we can keep the blanket for my dog to be rapped in because we decided to take her she said she’ll find something but my sister over heard her say “she asked for the blanket that’s so weird” and laughed about it to her other coworker and then she was confronted she played dumb as if she didn’t just hear her say that and said “sorry for your loss” in a condescending mocking voice afterwards. Not only did they show no remorse or sympathy but also no respect for their customers or pets. You should never go to this place ever again the staff is so rude and the bill is just like buying a car. If I can review lower I would.

I think that the interest rate was way to high. Thirty percent is ridiculous.

Very easy & fast application process and I didn't need a high credit score. My credit cards interest rate were all close to 30% which is similar to ScratchPay, but they have 0% interest for 6 months if you pay it off within that 6 months. Was a no-brainer. Paid it off in less than 5 months and very happy.

There was an issue with payment and customer support was extremely responsive and swift to refund me so I could sort out the issue with my pet provider first. 10/10 customer service, thank you!

When I needed the most help for my little Frenchie they scratch was there.

I used scratchpay, but my cat passed weeks after treatment. Paying over a year, every reminder of payment due reminding me of my loss. My interaction with the app and service were fine. But I'm uninstalling this app after my review.

Refreshingly simple and user-friendly web portal! Easy to change or modify the payment plan.

EXPENSIVE! It was great getting the money because it was an emergency, and I know this is how you make your money. If I'd had other options I wouldn't have done this- 29.9% interest is ridiculous, especially for people who don't have the funds in the first place.
