You are a dishonest company. You say its interest free but you then charge interest monthly until it is paid off in 6 months only to make the person wait for a refund from you - that is crooked in my opinion. Then I want to use a charge card because you do not deserve to have access to my personal checking account!!! Then you want to charge $2.50 calling it a convienance fee!! I call it a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never use your site again!!!!

Took my fur baby to the emergency vet due to infected paw. It was 700.00 and I only had 200.00 the vet recommended the Scratch Pay option and I was excepted. Scratch Pay let me pay on the balance.

Was told that there was no fees or interest and was not happy to be surprised with both. User beware.
