Scratchpay was a Godsend. Even though I have good pet insurance, it is for reimbursement only. I didn't have the money to diagnose my dog's ills. Scratchpay forwarded the money. Very shady company. The information in the app apparently does not match the information in their system and they are unable to give me any valid reason why they stopped the automatic payments and why the two systems are not synced.

In My Honest Opinion These People Are A Piece Of Cat Crap. My Cat Needs Emergency Vet Care, Which Our Vet Recommended Scratchpay. I Will Be Telling My Vet How Bad They Are And Not To Use Them.. My Husband Applied And Was Automatically Rejected. Im Talking Like Literally Within 1 Minute. They Claim You Must Have Above 580 Credit Score And My Husbands Is 715 So What The Crap. No Reason Or Explanation Given. THESE USELESS JERKS IN MY OPINION LIKE TO DISCRIMINATE. WHAT IN THE WORLD DOES A MORTGATE HAVE TO DO WITH HELP FOR VET BILLS? THEY CLAIM MY HUSBAND WAS REJECTED CAUSE HE HAS NO MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE! SMH. HOW STUPID

The ease of getting funding to cover the cost of my pets surgery and the option for repayment time. Unfortunately, once you click on a length for the loan, you can not go back to select a different option. A longr option woud have been better for me with my very limited income. Making the payments is a simple process.

I love the idea of not having to worry about the bill during your emergency with your beloved pet. I would have given more stars but What I dont like is the hidden fees they hit you with when it says no interest for a year also the $2.50 convince fee.

My little 9lb dog was attacked by a deer on memorial day 2022. I used scratchpay and paid all $7,000.00+ in the 12 months. I paid every month on time, that was the agreement. Scratchpay lied and said I still owed $30. Why would I pay every month total due and not pay $30.00 of $7,000.00 absolutely unreal. I called them probably 20 times and got no where finally I gave them $30. More dollars than I owed. And scratchpay knocked my credit score down 150points. In 1 year paying everyone and everything on time my score has only went up 51 points. Thanks for nothing scratchpay. I'd you need help please keep looking. I've contacted equifax and transition and they are also no help. This was a scary experience and I was desperate to save my dogs life. They took advantage of that, and still screwed me over. Never again will I use this company and any company affiliates with them. Look else where please.

I was able pay my payment easily and I was able to add on expenses as needed with my pets care. This was a great feature. The biggest issue I ran into was the lack of account number and every time I needed to sign in to pay my bill I had to make sure my partner was with me as it had to send a verification code to her phone as she made the account but I pay the bills. Every single time I signed it.

I needed to get my cat Grace spayed and just did not have the money for it they made the process so easy so simple and I was able to pay it off in time to not even have any interest. Excellent company excellent people every time I've had to call and talk to them I cannot say enough good things
