So grateful for the help at such an awful time in our lives.

I have you Scratchpay twice for two medical emergency visits for my dog. It’s a very good option to have. Also, like how eat it is to get a plan and if I pay it off in six months, it’s zero interest, but I feel that if didn’t it would not be as bad as normal card- I just wish that this was available at my other vet for my other dog’s serious life long medical issues. This payment plan is great to have Incase of an emergency but the Vets take advantage of it and push for unnecessary measures . I got totally bamboozled by my vet into a surgery my dog never needed . She only needed prednisone . I was convinced by them it was life saving measures so of course I agreed to the surgery for love of my pet. Another vet I took her too informed me that the surgery was 100% not needed and it was in fact most likely malpractice . So although I am grateful for this payment plan , I am ripped off and my dog was mishandled and put into much unnecessary pain and suffering by the vet clinics who take advantage of patients.

What a horrible experience I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. They overcharge me everytime their computer said the funds weren't available in my account everytime and they would charge me a 15$ fee and the amount kept going higher and higher . I am so disappointed with this place..I fully paid it off this morning. Can't wait to see what happens with this payment now .. so annoyed and what a crappy experience with the customer service as well.. and they can't even take a credit card payment .very difficult to even make a payment .. no happy .no thank you never again !!!
