The process was easy and came in clutch when finding out my daughters cat had cancer. I liked the straight forwardness of it all and knowing what I had to work with if I needed more funding. 10/10 definitely recommend. Everything worked out well. I had my bltch's surgery scheduled, but Christmas was just paid off. I was short on money, just for a few weeks My vet accepts ScratchPay, so l made my payments until l got my next paycheck. I paid off the spay early. You have the options of autopay or manual payments. I will definitely use this service again if I'm in a pinch.

I'm unable to put 0 stars unfortunately. This has been the least user friendly company I have ever dealt with. From day 1 my payments had been set to auto pay . For whatever reason, none of my damn payments were taken from my account although auto pay was set to be taken automatically . Therefore my account was sent to collections over 200 dollars of which should have been withdrawn automatically . I will never use this service again, and shall ensure none of my direct friends or family fall victim to this same despair.
