I had a difficult case with a landlord and I remember calling, Hodge Jones and Allen, starting with liselle, she was so empathetic and very helpful, always informing me about the necessary steps, oh and I can't forget Hayley Jack who gave her best towards my case, consoled me when I needed it and also lawfully pointed out few errors within my case which lead to me having a defense. If you have suffered the same injustice, report to the SRA and ask the Legal Ombudsman and/or housing Ombudsman to look into your matter for completion as long as you have followed everything in accordance and had taken their directions.👍 This has to be the worst people or firm ever.🤮 Talk about JUSTICE! you are better off fighting for yourself. I wish I knew this before. These people took my case on and then sometime along the way my initial solicitor left to go on to work for another firm, (am I surprised now?). My case was then passed on to some incompetent person I never spoke with who decided from day one when my case was going to be closed.🤧 All they care about is taking all your money.🤑 DON'T BUY THE FAKE PROMISES OF FIGHTING FOR YOU. In fact I am left fighting for myself as they have the effrontry to close my case saying they can't do anymore in terms of my losses.😱😨🤯 When you make a complaint, they take it upon themselves to make it go in their favour and treat you with contempt.🥶🥵🤯 They will even begin to work with the other side 🤝and disregard the expert's reports. Don't accept the lies. Trust your instincts! I will sort out justice against such illegal, unprofessional, unacceptable and preposterous behaviour✍🏽🚔 I will keep you all updated regardless.
