Before instructing a solicitor it's normal to ask, know and be confident as to what they are representing you for. Not the case with Suzanne Bird. She wouldn't answer ONE question about representing me without a retainer for a no win no fee case that other solicitors had no problem doing. Well it's no a brainer as to why! You do the maths! HJA say below I was offered a solicitor on a no win no fee basis. No, I asked the solicitor if they could represent me for distress caused by the landlord. Suzanne said she couldn't answer without a retainer. Look at some of the reviews below that are one star. You'll see a theme in the names. HJA didn't even reach out. I would avoid as per many other reviews.

Hodges and jones are a fantastic law firm. I was assigned to Aneela samrai to assist with my housing case. Aneela is a lovely, friendly lawyer and she really did go the extra mile. My housing issue is finally resolved.

I always request their service, when needed, via Chole Hartnell, but no matter who comes I find HJA to be ever-more-resouceful.
