This Company sent my autistic friend, last Friday 29th April, a lengthy email requesting loads of information which was returned the same day. It has been stressed not once but on countless occasions that the Case is urgent as a Section 21 has been served on what is classified as a vulnerable person. Each time a call has been made chasing as to how soon an expert will call back, we have been told "between 24 to 48 hours". In this case we are looking at Thursday of this week at the earliest, that is of course if they do call. Call yourself a Professional Outfit ? Erm I do not think so. In the meantime the clock is ticking away on my Autistic friend before he is made homeless. Be honest Hodge Jones & Allen, is your Service really as good as you make out or are you trying to milk people of money as I am reading in various reviews .

Bad. 5 months wasted. Contacted them in Dec 2021. After being pushed from pillar to post for months they finally said they would accept a case but not the case I enquired about. Have spent 2 months attempting to speak with them to clarify what case they are going to take on. Now they cannot even return an email. Happy to quote a price but do not explain what for. Waste of time.

I contacted them by phone about my discrimination case.Someone supposed to call me back but never did.I emailed them and they contacted me.Asked about my case and after they asked a lot of my personal finance details.When I told them I was a pensioner their interest dropped,I was told they would have let me know.Now a week later nobody called me back.Do they represent only wealthy people?A pensioner cannot be represented because deemed destitute?They are gold diggers!
