Recently started using Money Jar as my primary online backing account (Irish customer) and have updated my salary payment to route directly to this account. Very easy to use, setup quickly and online interface allows me to quickly see my most recent transactions and manage my spending. Does everything I have needed from an online banking app so far.

I have been suffering for two weeks without their support due to a salary transfer that has not been deposited into my account to this day. They just keep telling me that they will check, the deadlines that have passed twice have already passed and so far NOTHING. I need my money and I am tied up without the necessary support.

Last week they simply changed my iban without consulting me, and I had money to receive, the money was sent to my old iban and until now I haven't received it, I've already contacted support, the only thing they said is that the money would be refunded within 3 business days, but the deadline has passed and still nothing, I try to contact support but they never answer the call and it is always difficult to talk in the chat. And I'm suffering financial losses because of it

I had unauthorsied transactions of over 8000 Euro from my account. Someone took all of my details and according to Money Jar, added my own card into their own Google Wallet. But Money Jar is obligated to refund the unauthorsied purchases according to their own terms and conditions, which they are not willing to do by any means. I have reported this to the Garda and they are investigating it. I am well aware that this issue will only be settled in court. Avoid this ''bank'' at all cost. It is also strange how someone got all of my details and successfully added my own card and went shopping with my money, while Money Jar is blaming me for negligence.

A 7 de Junho vendi um carro e o comprador “we buy cars” transferiu o pagamento para a minha conta no Money Jar. Esse dinheiro nunca chegou. Contactei a Money Jar que afirmou que tinha devolvido o valor ao remetente porque excedia o limite diário ! A “webuycars” afirma que não recebeu o dinheiro. Contactei novamente o apoio ao cliente da Money Jar que me remeteu para eu apresentar uma queixa ! Hoje, um mês depois não tenho o meu dinheiro.
