We are so pleased with our new verandah, and would highly recommend the Traditional Verandah Company to anyone wanting a verandah. The whole process was very easy, from the site meeting with Mark through to the final installation, with Georgina, Emma and Virginia keeping in regular contact throughout the project. We had an unexpected hold-up due to a small issue with the local council planning department, but Georgina and the team managed to work around that to minimize the delay. Our fitters, Andrew and Neal, were friendly and efficient, and took great care and attention to detail while putting up the structure, leaving us with a high quality verandah which looks great and which I know we’re going to enjoy for many years to come.

The Traditional Verandah Company understood our requirement for an elegant solution to downpipes and rainwater drainage. Their design was perfect. Their workmen arrived at the time they said they would. Worked very hard and finished when they said they would. Took away all rubbish and the only sign that they had been was the beautiful Verandah. It is exactly what we wanted and perfect for our needs.

The design process was meticulous, the installation faultless and the finished veranda a triumph! We had delays due to component shortages but apart from that the whole experience was very good. Quality does not come cheap though..

The whole job went smoothly from start to finish. The sales rep arrived promptly for each appointment and had samples to show us and the company kept in touch throughout the process including a follow-up call once the installation was finished. The verandah is good quality and well made and suits our house. The installers were very efficient, friendly and professional.

I don’t normally give 5 star reviews so it is a pleasure to say this company impressed me a lot. Very nice people to deal with and our new verandah looks fantastic. OK not the cheapest company out there but it’s a classy product and that makes any extra worthwhile. Would recommend without hesitation.

We are delighted with our lovely verandah. TVC couldn’t have been more helpful and professional, both at design and build stage of the project. We are looking forward to many days of enjoying our garden, rain or shine.

Delays on dates were frustrating but communication was good — timely and polite. The design process was great — detail, scope and personnel — as were the fitters who were diligent and friendly. We are pleased with the final result — great craftsmanship.

Highly recommend this company right from the start their friendly office lady Emma was extremely friendly and efficient, then to Georgina who came out to measure up and design, and explained everything in fine detail, and the lovely men who fitted it. I am very pleased with the finished result :)

We now have a very attractive and elegant verandah, that looks already as if it is an integral part of the house, colour-matched to the windows and fascias. It was quuickly and tidily erected in two and a half days, despite the shortage of daylight hours in winter.

I was really impressed with TTVC. All the staff both in the office and the guys that built it were professional and friendly. The verandah seems really good quality and I'm really delighted with it. Would thoroughly recommend them.

We looked at all the competitors before choosing The Traditional Verandah company. Whilst TVC are not the cheapest they certainly have the best quality and design offering. They were a delight to deal with from beginning to end. We needed quite a steep pitch to the porch roof to accommodate our front door with fan light. Their competitors told us this was not possible! During the design process Mark was very considered and gave us great advice. Nothing was too much trouble. They fulfilled our order in a much shorter time than the estimated 24 weeks and the guys that came to fit it were punctual, experienced and tidy. Every member of staff we interacted with were both professional and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. We now have a porch that looks like it was installed when the house was built in 1930. We are delighted.

The whole experience was a joy, from the initial telephone contact to the visit from Mark, the surveyor. The worst part was the wait for our dreams to become a reality. My 'Be patient' tablets were in danger of being misused! Great excitement when the day finally arrived, Andrew built us a wonderful verandah that enabled us to sit out in all weathers enjoying food with friends. Even into Autumn we take our coffee outside it, has totally transformed our lives almost bringing the garden into the kitchen. One thing is very sure we made a good choice with The Traditional Verandah Company.
