Received a perfume gift set from parfumdreams.ie which had no bottle of perfume in it and only the shower gel. This was particularly annoying as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift and wouldn’t get a new one on time. The company then said they would claim from the couriers but there was no suggestion that the parcel had been tampered with by couriers. I was then told to make my own claim to DHL so parfumdreams will not take responsibility for this at all. Like others mentioned, I would recommend notino.ie rather than this website for a more reliable service

At first I was very skeptical because their prices were extremely cheap and I was wondering "what's the catch"? The perfume I ordered arrived quickly within 5 days after I ordered. Original product and I got a free sample as an add on. Amazing service.

I have positive experience so far with this company. I ordered 7 times to Ireland and received my parcels as expected with no major delays. Also they have 10% discount for memberhip customers so I check their prices often as they are very competitive. My last parcel was ordered on 8/11 and delivered within few days. I am happy with all my purchases!

I used to order from this company quite frequently and found them reliable until recently. I cannot recommend anyone purchase from them and I personally won't buy from them again. The issue I had with them was when I placed an order for parfum for a Christmas present. When I received the parcel it only had samples in it and not the actual parfum product I ordered. I emailed them and they assured me of a refund. I had to fill out a claim form and provide pictures of the parcel. After going back and forth multiple times over weeks they still have not provided a refund even though I have provided everything they required. They try to ignore emails claiming I never sent them and continue to ask for the same thing I have already sent them. Absolute disgraceful way of treating a loyal returning customer. I don't even think I'll end up getting the refund for the item I ordered that never arrived. At least I won't be giving them anymore pf my business going forward. Thankfully I ordered the same item off of notino.ie and got the present in time for Christmas. I can recommend notino to everyone. Provided a quick reliable service unlike parfumdreams.

Terrible setup,I placed a few items in my basket and when I got to checkout it wouldn’t let me remove some items from my basket,I’ve never had this problem with other sites,it just wouldn’t let me remove them,very weird

Parfumdreams must be the most unkind and uncaring online company. I placed an order on December 11th for a Tom Ford aftershave that was in stock and they took my money on December 13th. I checked the status of my order on December 14th and it stated that the order was in preparation and out of stock at the same time. I filled in their online form and waited for a response which I never received. I filled in another two online contact forms, sent and email and left a voicemail, no response. I received an email on December 21st saying they would forward my contact form to the relevant department, obviously this was too late and I had to purchase the item elsewhere. This is pretty disgusting customer service and I think everyone should support the online stores that value their customers. I have since opened a case via PayPal to get my money back.

Fantastic first experience with this company. Ordered the goods about a week ago. Tracking was very good and always updated. I expected some delays as this was an international delivery. But it was only a little bit slow in transit between countries which is normal. The goods were packaged very well and there was a little gift as well which was nice. The added bonus for me was the delivery with An Post as other couriers have problems finding our address. I will definitely order again as I miss some of my favourite drugstore products from Germany here in Ireland. Thank you so much for the great service!

I ordered from this site a few weeks ago my order has not arrived. I have emailed customer service and phoned leaving several messages. No reply. Do not use. Terrible experience. Just wasted very hard earned cash on a Christmas gift that I now have to re-buy. Very disappointed, especially as I paid with Amazon pay and assumed wrongly that this was a legitimate site.

I have been a regular customers for the last couple of years and I have to say that I never been disappointed. The prices they charge are always very competitive and the orders are always despatch very promptly. They deserve the 5 Star Rating !
