Costumer care is very poor. Wrote asking them why Im charged for a delivery, when there was on their website that orders over 50 euros is free delivery, they asked a picture of my items ordered, I sent them pic and there no answer from them. Now i checked the website and I see that they removed the minimum order for delivery. WOW.

Reliable seller no problems whatsoever

I've used this site twice now and delighted with prices and discounts on bulk purchase of 3 or 4 shower wash for example. They sell certain items I can't get locally or that are a lot cheaper than locally. Slow shipping but not the worst. Very reasonable shipping too. I got 3 samples this time - I wouldn't be over the moon - simply samples you get at the cosmetics counter or in magazine - but nice to include them for their customers. The products can have foreign language labels - not a deal breaker for me - husband now knows German for beard and body! I recommend using the site.

I have been waiting for my order since 6th September. I contacted the company by phone and was informed that it would arrive 3 days later…. It’s now over 14 days and I am still waiting! I have been unable to contact them via the telephone and they have failed to answer my emails.

I truly don't like making this kind of reports since I also work in Customer Service but the lack of support that Parfum Dreams has been displaying, is absolutely baffling. I've bought from this brand before and I know that they're usually slow with shipping but this time, I've placed an order more than one week ago, paid for it, received confirmation on my email but on their website, it is canceled. I've tried contacting customer support 4 times and no answer was given. No order, no refund, no communication. I'll wait until the end of this week for some kind of feedback but if this continues, I'll have no other chance but filling a claim with my bank. Shocking lack of care for the costumers.

If I rate this with minus stars I would. No refund received deapote providing the tracking information which confirms it was returned and received by them. Absolutely appalling and disgusting customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
