Great service. Products are definitely more reasonable than in the shops and very speedy delivery.

What I ordered arrived promptly and was exactly as requested, together with a few small gifts.

Ordered and it never came, one person told me that it was cancelled and I will be paid back. He never happened, contacted again, and told me that my package arrived, but it never did. Then I was told they were giving my money back on the 11th march and never came into my account contacted again and nothing! Do NOT use this company! If I could give a zero I would!

I have ordered several times and have always been happy-wide variety of products, good prices etc but today when I went to enter the code on the box of Mon Guerlain perfume I recently purchased in the Guerlain site it said the code was already used! Hmm, now I’m wondering if my perfume is a fake.🤔

Happy with my experience but delivery took 10 days. I thought the shampoos were large bottles but that was my mistake. Delighted with perfumes & the prices.

I ordered my perfume on the 7th of February for Valentine's Day. I was told that it would be dispatched within two days. I received it today. Pathetic. I requested a refund and wish to return the product. I was ignored.

Received my product…..the sealed package looked suspiciously resealed and the bottle on the inside was quite grubby. Was offered a discount code that I never received and can only be used on full priced items- which is pretty useless considering most items are discounted and there are codes widely available anyway. I wouldn’t recommend or repurchase.

I ordered 2 Boss by Hugo Boss deodorant sticks. Package arrived empty with a sample inside… I contacted customer service and I was told that they can’t resend the items and I have to place the order again. Terrible service!

Ordered my product on the 28th of january. Said it dispatched on the 31st saying it will take 2-3 working days to get here. 5 days later Still processing order, contacted customer service, still no response. Do not order here!!!!

Half an hour after I placed my order I sent a cancellation email as per instructions on my order confirmation. It states how simple and easy it is to cancel your order. Three emails, one phone call and 3 days later, no response by email and a very unsatisfactory call to customer service. Suffice to say that Parfumdreams customer service is a token, not a real service
