Faulty good, atomiser not working. email sent to company straight after receiving Monday evening, did not receive a response until Friday telling me, that a claim would have to be made before I could return item and if the claim went through I would have to get a refund and reorder. Won't be ordering again due to lack of customer service.

Delivery took longer than expected and I only got, instead of what I was expecting to be 3 trial size samples, 1 tiny sample which you definitely couldn't make a good informative decision on.
