Ordered 14th nov and got my delivery today 28th nov. The tracking link only started to work a few days ago. It’s not the fastest and I did start to worry after reading some of the reviews. But everything came well packaged and I’m very happy I got 2 items at a very good price.

Putting a right on some negative reviews. Hello. My order from parfumdreams was hugely delayed. However unlike some negative reviews here, my emails were answered, an investigation was set up, my parcel which must have been delayed in transit and tracking lost was found and eventually my order was delivered. Sometimes the postal system let's us down. Despite the delay, my goods arrived. And this delay is the only delay out of several promptly delivered orders. I am happy to recommend this company. Sometimes we have to make allowances for real world supply and delivery challenges. No one is perfect 100% of the time. The goods are always as described and good value. Thank you parfumdreams .

I have yet to receive my order placed 13 th Nov 22. I have also sent an email requesting explanation/ information and l and have not received a reply.

My package arrived a bit late but I was able to get through customer service alright. A very cooperative lady explained to me they are aware of the delay but the order will arrive, so that put me at ease. Very happy with the product and packaging, and the free cosmetics samples. I see all the negative reviews below - if you try ringing help desk, do so during the day, they always pick up. I'll use perfumedreams again, unbeatable price for genuine fragrances.

Please READ THIS COMMENT before jumping to conclusions about the company. There are many negative comments about slow delivery and that is valid, but the problem is not the company itself. I've been researching sending shipments to (IE and UK) and for the last few days, there has been a long delay in processing orders. I was quite upset with the situation, but believe me, the company is very serious. If you bought something, wait until 30 days (yes, it is a MUCH LONGER period than the COMPANY PROMISES, BUT IT IS A LOGISTICAL PROBLEM and much more comprehensive than this perfume store). I made my purchase on 11/03, it was shipped on 11/07 and arrived today at my residence on 11/26. Be aware, we are adults.

Just heads up with delivery times. I have ordered from them once and once only. Three weeks for delivery from Germany to Ireland is a joke!!! Package still not here and no idea when it will be delivered. Otherwise I’ve no other experience with that shop.
