Place an order on the 3rd of November. Not delivered yet, order has been on its way since 7th November. Sent two emails to the customer in the last week, but there was no response. Phoned, but no one answering so I left a message.

Ordered goods 7-11-2022, they emailed me saying that it had been dispatched, An Post say they have not received the goods. ParfumDreams have not replied to 2 of my emails and one voicemail. Avoid this company

I placed an order on the 04/11/22 and have still not received it. I received an email on 07/11/22 to say it was dispatched and I telephoned on 18/11/22 and was told it was delayed at customs in UK and would receive this week. Today 24/11/22 I still have not received it. Please can you sort this for me.

Still haven't received my last order placed on 3rd November last, trying to locate it using the tracking number sent, however all to no avail. If I ever receive this order l doubt l will be dealing with this company again

Made two orders one on 1.11 2022 and second on 8.11. Non of my parcel reached an post so, I spoke to Alexandra and Lia and was told they have delivery issue with courier/post going to Ireland... I have been waiting 3 weeks and no sign of the parcel..... a lot of bs...money and time wasted Was hoping for fast delivery but waiting 3 weeks ans only getting Refund is not good enough AVOID!!!!

I ordered items early November, received an email 2 weeks ago to say my items had been dispatched but I have still not received them. The tracking number does not work and I have contacted the customer service but have still not received a reply. I have ordered from here before and have never had a problem until now.

I have still not received my order 3 weeks later. I sent you emails as there is no detailed tracking and you were very dismissive saying it was in transit. The parcel is clearly lost very disappointing customer service

Placed an order on 8th Nov and got email with tracking number returning 'We don't have information on your parcel yet'. Upon contacting them, got email saying that 'the delivery is expected to be in a couple of days.' It was a week ago... Perhaps the goods are made to order?FFS Update. It took 3 weeks to eventually get the order delivered. Avoid if you are expecting a quick turnaround and a decent Customer Service. Otherwise it is fine.

I can see I'm not the only one who hasn't received my package!!! What is happening? I thought it was a legit company. Anyone know what I should do?
