Fantastic service by impress blinds, communicated with me throughout. Had my blinds measured up on a Sunday and fitted the following Sunday. Received a text message 2 days before fitting to confirm my time slot and appointment for Sunday. The fitter arrived on time and fit my blinds within 15 minutes. They look fantastic. Would highly recommend impress blinds.

They came out in December, when he put them up he said the rail is faulty and he will order me a new one. We'll its now almost march,I had to chase them, 4 times they said they were coming out,I even took days off work and they never came. I told them I'm ringing Trading Standards. Eventually they came out. I will not be using them again.

I had 3 Venetian blinds recently fitted by impress blinds. They fitted the wrong colour. I asked for white and showed them the colour sample they brought to match white shutters i have in other rooms. The blinds they fitted where chalk white. These are like a cream in colour. Definitely not what I asked for. They tried to make out thats the colour that I picked because it says chalk white on the receipt. I showed the sales guy the white sample. I had no idea he wrote the wrong colour down. NOT MY FAULT!. After sales ridiculous they would text but not speak to me over the phone to resolve this issue even after they text saying someone would call back from head office the following day. No one called back. A waste of money. Do not use impress blinds. Theres other companies that are 100% better. I only used them because someone said try these. Wont be doing that again. So if you have money to waste and do not mind them choosing the colour of your blinds. Then go ahead. Otherwise do not bother. The only guarantee you will get is disappointment.

They were out to measure within a couple of days and fitting was done week after high quality blinds I am happy with my new blinds
