Used impress blinds twice now. Shaf who came out is a top bloke. His honest even though he may recommend a cheaper blind. Even helpful when his left the property. Zee came out yesterday to fit blinds. Great job, love my blinds. His friendly and most of all prompt. He came earlier than he said which is great. The earlier the better for me and usually I can never get anyone in early. I’ve kept contact numbers and names to recommend to others. Thanks impress blinds 👍

Came on time to quote, when others never arrived. Fitters, Zee and Jam, called ahead with an arrival time and arrived just before the time originally agreed. They provided a friendly, efficient service and happily answered my questions. Would definitely recommend to others.

Naheem was our fitter he fitted 8 windows in less than 40 mins, the blinds are really good quality. We went for the more expensive ones as advised from the guy who come to quote us but they are really smart and I like them a lot.

Fuming😡 Was supposed to have been measured for blinds Monday due to weather couldn’t come out lady rang me Tuesday morning and arranged appointment for Wednesday morning guess what no show just rang them to be told will ring you later to find out why 2 mornings wasted thank you very much

Great service and wonderful company. Great choice of blinds , paid the extra for a more durable finish and bigger than average windows, I’ve had a few more windows measured to finish off the rest of the house. Absolutely amazing highly recommend. Naheem came and fitted my blinds was very polite and respectful. Brilliant!

I had my first set of 8blinds over 6 years ago from impress blinds, just had the house re done, brilliant communication from start to finish, excellent customer service, any queries I had were answered promptly. From measuring to fitting in a week, high quality blinds, very impressed. Would highly recommend and when I need more I’ll definitely be back!
