This company was recomended to me by my partner who had exceptional service from them. My experience is somewhat different. A man came to measure up took a deposit and and gave me a date for fitting. That date was delayed by two days and when he came to do the fitting the blinds were wrong. Wrong size,wrong width. How can this be ? So after more measuring he placed another order and promissed another fitting date.Wrong blinds again !!! Goodbye impress blinds !!

Had Impress Blinds out to measure up on the 17th November, and had them fitted on the 19th December. We got a phone call before they arrived both times and the were not late. The blinds are very nice and they even added anti strangulation clips. Very good and would 100% recommend.

Do not use this company had vertical blinds fitted in kitchen and bathroom. On two occasions I had the blind replaced. Still same problem faulty promised a Venetian blind but was told takes 4 weeks to make rang after 4 weeks told someone will get back to me same day . 3 day on no phone call sick of this company promises
