To say this is a service what uses Facebook for the service I am really impressed with the blinds, when the gentleman came to measure up he paid attention to social distancing and was very helpful showing us samples. When the gentleman came to fit the blinds he was very friendly also paid attention to social distancing opening windows in the rooms he was working in, he also engaged in conversation while working which for me was lovely as I don’t really get out much. Well done impress blinds ltd you deserve the 5 star rating and I will be recommending your services to my family and friends.

The fitter and the second salesperson were great. However the initial salesperson lost my order so it took a lot longer than it should have done.

I am so impressed with the quality of customer service from both the salesperson snd the fitter, Naheem. Both really helpful and courteous. Love my new blinds, they are good quality and look fabulous.

I very rarely review anything, but I have to give this company one. The blinds was put up very well and within 30 minutes for 2 windows, and the price is the best I have found,, and let me tell you I shop around for bargains lol! They look much more expensive than what I paid. The only downfall was that my 1st visit was not recorded and no one turned up, so then I had to wait until they was back in my area the following week which was disappointing, however they certainly made it up for the gentleman that put them up. I would definitely recommend, my only advice to the company is make sure that appointments are booked properly

This has got to be one of the worst companies for customer services I've ever dealt with, appointment times mean nothing, waited in for 2 blind fitting appointments and they still haven't turned up.

Brilliant service, had my blinds fitted on Saturday they are beautiful and have transformed my home😁Ali who measured up for my blinds was very friendly and explained the whole process thoroughly. Zee and Isaac who fitted my blinds were punctual, lovely and professional. My blinds were fitted exactly how I wanted them aligned and they did a fantastic job plus left no mess. Would definitely recommend Impress Blinds!!

Had very nice polite man come to measure for my vertical blinds within days my blind's was ready and fitted very speedy they look amazing would definitely recommend impress blinds now my friends and family have seen them they will be ordering blinds from them once again thank you impress blinds 👍

Really good and professional. Came and measured up with minimum of fuss and organsied a time to fit again and came and did them within 20 mins. Very impressed

Poor customer services team and poor management. Had to come out three times to get blinds right the ceil was wrong then the blinds them self. Left message for the someone to call me back as i wasn't happy with the job and wouldn't pay him. The fitter finally got hold of someone from the office who just turned round and said if the customer is refusing to pay take blinds off. Which i was happy for them to do. The blinds are far to long and looked horrible . They finally got them right after 4th attempt. Will not recommend impress blinds to anyone . No apology given or anything NOT VERY GOOD SERVICES AT ALL.

The guy who came to measure for the Blinds was on time & very quick to measure up, & make an appointment for the following week, other firms had given me a 4-5 week lead no good to me. Naheem who came to fit them was also on time & did a quick job with the fitting both were very professional & polite & followed covid guidelines. My only disappointment was I had decided in the week to have an extra smaller blind for my bathroom but they couldn't or wouldn't give me any discount on it & I thought £45 was quite a lot as It was half the size of the others, but lesson learnt I should have possibly ordered it at the same time as the others & I may have got it a bit cheaper who knows. But I'm happy with them & they look lovely. Thank you

Horrible company. Cheap tacky blinds that fail within months and once they’ve been paid they are not interested. Money washing front only accept cash and no reciept given
