Lovely blinds, lovely service by the chap who measured up and installed them however, expressed concerns on why it was a chain to open the blinds and not a rod.. I thought due to children getting tangled in the chain causing chocking, they should be a rod or even the chain tied back. Also rang and left a message, was told by the lady they don’t get back to voice mail left, asked what was the point in leaving a message if they don’t get back to the customer especially if left on a weekend resulting in unable to change my order.

I have just had Ash fit my new blinds as our house is the old Terrace type with big bay windows and odd sizes he did a cracking job left no mess at all and he also removed all the packing .I'm well Impressed. Great price great service will certainly recommend.
