Really professional. Very friendly. Quick n efficient blinds are gorgeous up and make house look lovely.

From arranging an appointment to have someone to come to our house and measure up and give us a quote. A really polite man called AZ came from Bradford to East Yorkshire measured and gave us very reasonable quotes. We selected our blinds, was told they would be fitted a week after measuring. And true to his word AS arrived to install them. All completed within a two week period!! They look fab! We are more than happy with them. Great prices/Excellent customer service/ 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING IMPRESS BLINDS LTD..

Yesterday my husband received some poorly worded and disgusting examples of customer service from your customer service representing overseeing the stockport region. I have specifically asked for a call back from management about them which has been ignored. We had an appointment window booked and due to one of my husbands employees taking the call to say they were on the way whilst he was attending to one of his own customers, we unfortunately missed the appointment as the message was never relayed. On trying to rebook the appointment I was informed there was a call log - I just didn’t expect my husband to receive the rude WhatsApp messages he did regarding the calls! We wanted the company to measure and supply for our home with a view to using you for the business premises but if this is how you deal with your potential customers, we’ve had a lucky escape. We will be letting our wider circles and beyond know of this experience and strongly recommending that they avoid impress blinds at all costs.

Had my blinds fitted today really happy with them, thank you to Naheem who fitted them a really nice bloke, very quick and curtious. Would definitely recommend impress blinds.
