The fitter gave me notice of his pending arrival an hour before.. He arrived and got the job done. Was clean and wore a mask He was friendly and made sure I was happy and showed me how the blinds worked. Very happy and would reccomend.

I give Impress Blinds 100% for the whole experience, first contact to arrange a visit, which took place on time after a phone call making sure I was at home . The young man arrived measured my windows and showed me samples there was no hard selling. A week later as arranged the fitter arrived and fitted my blinds. I would recommend this company to anyone for courtesy , communication and quality of products. Thank you to everyone concerned.

Naheem arrived with good time after calling me to advise when he would be at my property. He fitted the blinds as advised on the measurements he was given and brackets that was on his fitting sheet these didn't work well for my window Naheem realised this when he checked everything but as one of the blinds caught on the window handle. He straight away advised me of a solution and changed it for me with no hassle and also tighted another blind we had fitted with the company about 2 years ago we was his last job but he didn't rush he made sure we was 100% happy and spent time sorting it. I'm really grateful for the service and really pleased. Thanks so much.

I was very sceptical about a company that was advertising on facebook but I didn't need to be ....top class service. Large bay window and small roller blind fitted within a week at just over £200. Fitted quickly and cleanly. Would definitely use again.
