The site explained, clearly, about the steam shower's thermostat. I was able to disassemble the control and identify the replacement part required. It was delivered quickly and fitted as per the on site instructions. We now have a working shower again.

Was very impressed from first call to company. Very helpful in finding what products we needed as we weren’t sure about some of the parts. An email was sent promptly by Dan Jacques itemising the parts. This made it easy for us to order online as we had never ordered anything online before. The items were sent promptly.

Very impressed with the customer service of this company. I had purchased 2 items but neither of the parts fitted my shower, however, this was quickly resolved (Less than a day) with a full refund + postage cost and the correct item sent out which was received within the next 24 hours of contacting the team. Will definitely use again - couldn’t ask for a better service. A brilliant company to deal with. Not to mention the item has got my shower working like it used to and at a great price :)
