I ordered and installed a shower cabin which was dispatched and delivered very efficiently. Considering the type of contents I found everything was protected and packed very well. The only minor blip was the waste pipe had been crushed. This was dealt with very quickly by Insignia who were very apologetic. The whole install went pretty smoothly although I found the advertising slogan a little exaggerated( shower within an hour). That said we love the look and the whole concept of our new leak free shower. Can’t praise the company or product enough.

Brilliant service. Got the replacement steam shower valve 3 dial ( thermostatic valve, water valve and divertor valve) 3 inlet ( hot and cold plus steam generator cold ) 4 outlet and fitted perfectly in the insignia steam shower pot.

Although the parts I needed were not at first available, the company did a search and found enough parts to make the repair.
