Very friendly and helpful service, they had exactly the parts I was looking for, considering we're in a pandemic and can't pop down to the shops to look for parts. My steam shower is 7 years old, the shower mixer failed/broke and replacement parts were extremely difficult to find to the point where I almost gave up. Dan was knowledgeable and responded to my emails quickly and even offered a workaround. Price of the parts also very competitive.
