Excellent service , needed 3 way shower valves with thermostatic valve, mine had been not working for 3 years , emailed shower parts they sorted one me , couldn't be happier , would highly recommend for shower and bathroom parts .

These guys are really good to do business with. We needed a remote for our shower. Unbeknown to us the model had been discontinued. Despite this these guys stuck with us until they found the correct part which works perfectly. This is genuine old fashioned trading in a modern world and I can't recommend them enough. Would definitely recommend if you need a spare. Well done chaps. And Dan particularly who represented the company front end as a true very helpful gent.

Haven’t fitted yet but it seems it will do the job I ask of it, feels sturdy can’t see it being a problem hopefully will give many years service.

Quality product delivered on time

This is the second time in a couple of weeks I had to order parts as I could not obtain the parts from a local plumber merchant. Not only took it longer then expected to receive the delivery I also got different parts to what I ordered. Luckily these could still be used or were not needed this time as I had decided to order some parts that didn’t seem to be broken, but I wanted to save time in case they were.

Was a easy purchase handled quickly. Not their fault but shipping took a long time probably because of Covid 19. Be patient seem like a good business.
