Driver arrived on time, even before expectation which was great. He missed his way, so we had to go and turn around to get back to M25. Pleasant conversation. Only thing that pulled down a little was the missed the route.

Your driver arrived a half hour late for the initial pick up to take me to the airport and then drove like a lunatic! Somebody at the office told me that you would arrange or do something “special” by way of recompense for the late arrival … that “ something” never happened. This was the 3rd and final time I will be using your company for any future return airport trips

I booked a pickup with a meet and greet service for an additional charge. After a delayed flight (of course British Airways) I expected my driver to be waiting in the arrivals hall. He was not and I had to call him to find out where he was. I asked OTS to refund me for the meet and greet that did not happen and they have refused saying that the driver was in the car park within their expected time for meet and greet. This is NOT what I paid extra for. Their web site states "A 'Meet and Greet' service can be arranged when booking whereby the driver will be in arrivals with the passenger's name..." this is clearly not what they practice. So my advice is don't pay the extra for this service as it's a waste of time. Apart from that I must add that the driver was really friendly and my onward journey was without issue.

I heard about this organization from a major river cruise travel company agent who said that the airport transfer service they offered customers was actually through Onward Travel Solutions so I thought that I'd give them a try and go directly onto OTS's website for a quote. It turned out to be a great decision as the drivers on each occasion were punctual, professional, whilst friendly and their vehicles were very clean and well presented. I normally only take time to provide negative reviews where I think it's important to attempt to prevent someone from experiencing a similar poor service but I felt that this particular business, whose charges by the way are extremely competitive, highly deserved the posting of a positive review.

Very prompt pick up and comfortable journey

I have used this company for a while for business trips taking me to/from Heathrow T5 and I pay extra for the executive car as I found their standard cars had some poor drivers. Over the last year their quality has dropped significantly which came to a head this week with an early transfer to Heathrow at 530am. The driver turned up in an old car with a puncture, which he then inflated and said would be ok. The tire was flat within 5 miles and we were stranded on a country road in the dark. I told him to pump it up again and get us to the garage 1.5 miles down the road while I had to call OTS to sort out a solution. It took until 6:45 to get another taxi by this time I was sure to miss my flight, which I did. This cost me a lot of extra money and time to re-book. I won't go into the dangerous driving which nearly resulted in a crash. I then had a pickup booked as a meet and greet so they should be there when I exit arrivals, this has not been the case for the last 2 visits. OTS call me as the plane is taxing to the gate and I say I will be there in 15 to 20 minutes as I only have carry on. No sign of the taxi driver and had to wait almost 30 minutes after many calls to OTS. I have one more booking already made with them but its unlikely I will use them again as my safety and sanity is more important.

They were there when they said they would be, and it was effortless. Cars were clean and comfortable. I have used them for 4 return trips now from home to airports and return (some returns many months apart) and they haven't let me down.

Have used this company a few times in last couple months. Some drivers better than others....competitive prices but was surprised when I was financially penalised for ( what is quite common these days) a slow exit from the terminal due to late landing, queue to get on stand, distant gate and busy security and excessive wait time. When booking I was not asked meet time but instead provided landing time.... so was surprised to receive call saying I owed this company more money due to being 'late' out of Heathrow. The tetchy rep said that the driver should pull off the motorway immediately so I could access my wallet in the boot immediately...... luckily my driver had far more sense. Exactly what you need after a 13hr flight and significant queues in terminal. I travel for business a lot and won't use them again.... but instead use a firm who are more than just an agent.... or uber. Plenty of reasonable options out there... go elsewhere and avoid the unseen added stress

Always use OTS they are brilliant ! Ive had last minute travel cancellations or change of dates and they handle everything quickly and efficiently. Would most definitely recommend.
