United Kingdom | 05 March 2024I’ve now used OTS for a few years for my airport drop offs and pick ups at Edinburgh airport. I recently had a delay in my flight home and had to change the booking. The online chat customer service was quick and efficient, they put the booking on hold for 365 days until I received my new flight details. I then rebooked a driver the next day and all the confirmations came through very soon after. I would highly recommend this company.

United Kingdom | 04 March 2024I paid for meet and greet. I expected the driver to meet me inside the arrivals building and help with my luggage cart. On my cart I had three bags or cases plus a shoulder bag over my shoulder. I am age 68 with mobility restrictions. The driver called and told me he could not find a space in the parking building. I doubt this was true as there were many other drivers waiting to meet passengers. He told me he was waiting at “the drop off area”. That made no sense as this was Arrivals, not Departures. He then said he meant Valet Parking. Inside the building I could see no signs for such a place. Another driver suggested the nearest exit. With difficulty I pushed my cart with one hand, the other using my walking stick. I found I was in an area exclusively for buses. I could see a cabin marked Valet Parking surrounded by empty space. I called the driver again and he just repeated that he was by Valet Parking. I could see a line of vehicles but had no idea if one was his, or, if so, which. It was raining so I was now attempting to single-handedly push my cart while being careful not to slip on the wet pavement. The driver over the phone asked what I was wearing and he correctly identified me. Only now was he willing to leave the car and come and “meet and greet” me. Now he took over the cart and pushed it to the car. I walked in the rain to the car. I did not get the service I paid for. I believe the driver lied about parking. I believe he did not want to pay the parking charges, even though my fee covers those. More for his pocket? He also clearly did not want to get out of the car and get wet. It was only when he saw my with me cart and walking stick that he did so. I did not get the service I paid for. Had the driver parked in the parking building I would not have had to push my cart beyond the immediate area of arrivals. I would not have had the stress of looking for him. That on top of jet lag after a 10 hour overnight flight. I would not have had to get wet in the rain. This man should never be allowed to collect a passenger from an airport again.

United Kingdom | 03 March 2024Paid £65 for a journey that that’s just cost me £35 in a black cab from Edinburgh airport to the grass market area. There was supposed to be a pick up service and they arrived 30minutes late. Taxi driver was a nice guy but OTS service rubbish and they are clearly just an expensive middleman. Best avoided.

Docking one star because one of my drivers made derogatory remarks about LGBTQ+ community which I felt I had to respond to (I am not LGBTQ+ myself so perhaps he felt it was ok to say something). We had a very uncomfortable conversation.

In essence they are an agent that drivers just accept jobs for, my driver turned up 50 mins late and said he had a puncture when it seemed more he woke up late, the car was dirty with grass and mud on the floor and stains behind the chairs. There was a disused disposable vape on the back seat, the passenger front seat was all the way back with the seat pretty much horizontal, the car smelt of BO and the driver was riding the cats eyes most of the way, it looked like his eyes were mostly closed for most of the journey to. He was also using his mobile phone as a sat nav which isn’t a problem but he had the phone on his leg which I think is illegal, he was also reading text and messaging back all while driving and he was playing his music. He should have a cradle for it and while driving a client he shouldn’t be messaging people nor should I have to listen to music I haven’t asked for. I paid for the executive category and it wasn’t cheap so I do expect a level of service, I also paid for meet and great but I had to meet the driver outside in the rain as I was fed up of waiting for so long. Next time il find a local driver and hopefully the money goes to someone who wants to provide a decent service. My driver going to the airport was very good, nice clean car, front seat pulled forward and his driving was excellent so seems very much “luck of the draw” which is why I’ll look locally from now on.

United Kingdom | 24 February 2024Terrible service. Worst I’ve ever experienced and in hindsight, overpriced. Will never use them again. Waited over an hour for my expected pick up time and called about 4 times to find out where the driver was. Each time I was told I had to wait longer. 20 min, another.15 min, 7 min but no driver. Final time I called them they said there driver cancelled and had a mechanical fault despite already confirming he was at the airport dropping off another passenger. It seems they then booked me with a 3rd party taxi and a had to wait a further 15-20 min. Really unhappy with the lack of updates and ability to contact the driver. Cannot stress enough how dissatisfied i am with this company and their service.

United States | 03 February 2024I made a booking for a mini bus about 3 months in advance. Our travel plans changed and the size of party decreased thus I needed a small car. I emailed them and they literally responded within 5 minutes. They agreed to downsize my car and give me a refund. I SO appreciate the timeliness of their help and their willingness to change my booking. I will leave another review when I actually use the transportation pickup in a few months!
