I have used this company successfully a lot over the years Today I booked a return from Luton without realising that, whilst the outbound is from Luton the inbound lands at Heathrow. However OTS are totally on the ball and they spotted it and checked with me then issued a refund as Heathrow is a lot cheaper for me than Luton OTS are brilliant and always been reliable and I recommend them most highly

Terrible! Avoid!! Driver was lovely, however this company put on an additional charge for us failing to get off a long haul flight and into the car within one hour (we were 1 hour 10 due to waiting for baggage). This was NOT made clear at time of booking- we were in fact told to call the driver when we had landed. I planned to do this when we were through all the queues, however he arrived early and therefore the ‘clock’ started (I was not aware there was a ‘clock’!). This is not reasonable considering they did not follow their own process.

A scam. Had to cancel a booking 20 minutes after making it (for the following week) due to the unavailability of child car seats. Was charged 10% of the total journey fee!

Terrible company! Be warned you may be left stranded and they keep your money. Do not book with these people.

Booked a taxi to the airport with the family and taxi did not turn up. Called multiple times to driver and dispatcher and no one could reach the driver. Offered to send a second taxi but that taxi also did not turn up. Had to drive ourselves to the airport and ditch the car. Rushed through customs to just make our flight.

I've used this company a number of times over the past year and they have been extremely reliable and punctual on all occasions.

Driver was on time, however, it was only on the journey to the airport were we told it was an extra charge to actually drop us outside the terminal. Had it been made clear at the time of booking we could have decided whether to pay the extra or have to walk a distance with suitcases

The driver was very informative with directions to the taxi, told me the colour and registration so I found it easier. Very smooth drive home and the driver was polite and helpful.

Reliable and efficient.

During the journey I realised that I had forgotten to take with me something extremely important and the driver turned back about half an hour into the journey. He still managed to get me to the airport in time for me to catch my flight and requested I message him to let him know that I had got on the plane. He refused to take a tip to cover the extra petrol and time he had to spend on the journey.
